Raw Puerh Tea

When young, it’s fresh, fragrant with a kick. As it matures, its edges are rounded, developing a wood-based, full bodied liquor. 

Whilst Ripe Puerh is sometimes categorised within the Black (Dark) tea family, Raw Puerh is one of its own as it does not undergo fermentation.
